Explore the Beauty of Wetlands at MLK Jr. Native Plant Nursery (Oakland)

Wed Feb 6, 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, 2013, Free
MLK Shoreline (Oakland)

Everyone deserves a midweek marsh break. Join us for a weekday reprieve from the concrete jungle and learn about local, native plants such as gumplant, jaumea, and salt grass as you help settle them in the soil.  Breathe fresh air and feel the sun on your face as we work towards our goal of planting 30,000 natives by the end of March.

In partnership with East Bay Regional Park District.
