Easter in the Marsh at Creekside Park (Marin Co.)
Sat Mar 30, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 2013 Creekside Park (Marin)
In partnership with Marin County Department of Parks and Open Space
We don’t have Easter eggs or bunnies but it’s egg-laying season for marsh birds. And, if you’re lucky, you might see a Black Tailed Jackrabbit make an appearance. Save The Bay needs your help to create habitat for our fine feathered and furry friends, so venture out to Creekside Park with us this Saturday to plant the last of our 30,000 native seedlings for the season!
Due to the sensitive nature of the restoration site, space is limited and RSVP is requested. You must fill out the online registration form below to register yourself or a group of 10 people or less.
If you need more information about this or other events or if you would like to sign up a group larger than 10 people please contact Natalie LaKeidan at (510) 463-6809 or email bayevents@saveSFbay.org.
No experience necessary. Gloves, tools and instruction provided. Each event is led by Save The Bay staff certified in CPR and Wilderness First Aid and all site projects have been planned to ensure safety.
