Give your employee team or community group the opportunity to restore and explore the Bay! Contact us today to increase interest in and awareness of the Bay ecosystem and involve your group in the movement to protect, restore and celebrate San Francisco Bay. Over 100 businesses and community groups participate in our Community-based Restoration projects each year. Join the likes of PG&E, Oracle, REI and CLIF Bar by teaming up with Save The Bay!

Community-based Restoration Program Details

  • Programs are hosted at beautiful Bayside parks in Hayward, Mill Valley, Oakland, Palo Alto and Redwood City
  • Hands-on volunteer habitat restoration projects include: planting native seedlings, removing non-native weeds, transplanting seedlings in our native plant nurseries, and shoreline cleanup
  • Learn from our experienced restoration educators about the fascinating wetland ecosystem, Bay history, the future of salt pond restoration, and how you can keep the Bay clean
